The Golgappa, fun with spices is an Indian favourite street snacks from all over India. The concept is simple, realistic, hygienic and healthy.

Golgappa is a venture of 9pax Restaurant Consultants and was created to meet the growing demand for healthy and real food in a quick service environment. While healthy food is becoming more available for dine- in, it is virtually impossible to find it in a quick service format. We all love to eat street food but, how hygienic it is? We are well aware of it yet, we cannot stop ourselves from digging in some snacks. We have understood the needs and we have created a healthy and delicious street snack which is safe to eat and a healthy treat. Food comes and goes, and sometimes stays the same, and sometimes changes subtly for years until it becomes this whole other thing. Golgappa is created based on age old favourite snacks and some incredible inventions over the years. Our recipes are local but, our service standards are international. Our entire menu item are prepared fresh and served under stringent high standards. We use Bisleri Mineral water in all our preparations and especially your Paani (Tangy Water) is prepared in Bisleri Mineral Water with added minerals.
